Refund Policy

At Jet & Jemm Witness Solutions, we aim to provide exceptional Notary Public, Commissioner for Oaths, and Witness services. We understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of services. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for our clients.

1. Service Provider Cancellation:

   • If the service is cancelled by Jet & Jemm Witness Solutions, the customer will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

2. Customer Cancellation:

   • If the customer cancels the service, the following refund policy applies:

     • More than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund.

     • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: No refund.

     • No-show or cancellation at the time of the appointment: No refund.

3. Refund Process:

   • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation.

   • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Fees:

   • Any government or third-party fees paid on behalf of the customer are non-refundable.
