Our services include the signing of affidavits, statutory declarations, and other legal documents. We are the impartial screening of a signer for identity, willingness and awareness. This screening prevents document fraud, and helps protect the personal rights and property of private citizens.
3. Eligibility: To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
4. Appointment and Fees: Appointments can be scheduled through our website.. Fees for services will be disclosed prior to the appointment and must be paid in full. We may at any time cancel an appointment and you will be rescheduled.
5. Identification Requirements: Clients must present valid government-issued identification at the time of notarization. Acceptable forms of ID include a passport, driver’s license, or other government-issued photo ID.
6. Document Requirements: All documents must be complete and ready for signing. All documents must be true and accurate. Failure to follow the Terms and Conditions of Jet & Jemm Witness Solutions can result in termination of their Services. We do not provide legal advice or draft documents. We have the right to refuse to sign any documents.
7. Confidentiality: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your documents and personal information. We will not disclose any information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
